EnServe is currently seeking expressions of interest from Well Test Supervisors, Senior Operators and Field Operators for immediate and upcoming surface well testing projects across Australia.

We are extremely busy across a number of projects and are looking to connect with experienced personnel who are available now or within the coming weeks.

EnServe provides specialised services to the upstream energy sector, including Surface Well Testing, Packer and Drill Stem Testing, pipeline services and nitrogen pumping.

Our teams operate across remote and project-based environments, with a strong focus on safe execution, reliable equipment and quality service delivery.

Current Opportunities

We are interested in hearing from:

Well Test Supervisors

You may be responsible for:

- Supervising well testing crews and day-to-day field activities

- Overseeing the rig-up, operation, monitoring, shutdown and rig-down of well testing equipment

- Coordinating personnel, equipment and operational requirements

- Monitoring well performance, pressure, temperature and flow data

- Maintaining accurate field reports, handovers and client documentation

- Leading toolbox talks, risk assessments and operational safety processes

- Liaising with client and site representatives

The Well Test Supervisor position provides field-level leadership across well testing, flowback, production testing, clean-up and extended well test activities.





Senior Operators and Field Operators

You may be responsible for:

- Supporting the setup and operation of well testing equipment

- Assisting with equipment mobilisation, rig-up and rig-down

- Monitoring operational equipment and reporting issues

- Conducting routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance

- Supporting supervisors and senior personnel during field operations

- Completing operational records and documentation

- Participating in toolbox talks, pre-starts and site safety activities

Field Operators work as part of the operational crew to support the safe and efficient delivery of well testing and specialised field services.

About You

Applicants must:

- Currently be located in Australia

- Hold current Australian working rights

Previous experience in surface well testing, flowback, production testing, oil and gas operations, drilling, completions or similar field environments will be highly regarded.

Depending on the position and project, work may involve remote locations, FIFO or DIDO arrangements, extended shifts and project-based rosters.
