General Practitioner Special Interest- Breast Medicine

Gault Surgery Breast Clinic is a Gold Coast-based clinic specialising in breast surgery, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to patients experiencing breast cancer and other breast health challenges. At Gault Surgery, we seek to appoint an experienced and motivated General Practitioner with a special interest in women's health and breast medicine to join our team.

The position will involve, but is not limited to, the following:

- Surveillance and ongoing care of women who have undergone breast cancer treatment and those at increased risk of developing breast cancer.

- management of hormonal issues relevant to benign and malignant breast disease;

- interpretation of imaging modalities (mammography, tomography,



breast ultrasound and MRI images);

- Counselling for improved health outcomes in the survivorship phase.

- Conduct breast health checks and surveillance.

- Additional surgical assisting prospect

You are an excellent candidate for this position if you have:

- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of General Practitioners

- General practice experience in women's health

- Have a passionate interest in women's health and breast medicine.
