About the role

You'll oversee the day-to-day warehouse operation while developing your leadership skills and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading and developing a warehouse team





- Coordinating inbound and outbound operations

- Managing inventory accuracy and stock control

- Driving warehouse productivity and performance

- Maintaining high safety and quality standards

- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and on time

- Creating a positive and engaged team culture

About you

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Storeperson

- Strong leadership skills and a desire to progress into management

- Warehouse operations experience across receiving, dispatch and inventory

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A hands-on leadership style

- A continuous improvement mindset

- Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded
