Join an established Aboriginal Community Controlled organisation making a difference. The Program Coordinator / Practice Lead coordinates the delivery of the Family Support Network (FSN), Intensive Family Support Service (IFSS) and Midland Medicare Mental Health Kids Hub on behalf of Koya Aboriginal Corporation. The role provides day-to-day coordination, guidance and practice leadership to Care Navigators and Case Management Workers, ensuring services are culturally secure, trauma-informed, family-centred and delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and the programs’ practice principles. The position works collaboratively with Parkerville Children and Youth Care and consortium partners’ staff and champions Aboriginal ways of knowing, being and doing while embedding reflective practice and continuous improvement across all services.
