We have an in-house clinical team responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered clinical care to our participants in their own homes.

We are seeking to fill two Permanent Part-Time Registered Nurse positions, with each role working four days per week across our community services.
Working hours are between 7.30am and 3.30pm or 8am - 4pm.
Join a dedicated team who provide clinical services, conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing clinical reviews. You will develop, implement and evaluate individual care plans; administer medications and complex clinical interventions in accordance with legislation and scope of practice.
You will deliver a range of services and focus on building strong, meaningful relationships with our participants, empowering them to remain independent at home and stay connected.

Skills and Experience:
- A genuine interest in aged care and working in the community and who are committed to making a difference to the lives of older Australians
- Current Registration as Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 2 years post graduate clinical experience.
- Required to possess a broad range of clinical skills and competencies including but not limited to, the areas of medication management, continence assessments, wound management, and chronic disease awareness & preventative health care
- Robust clinical assessment, decision-making and documentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Current Drivers License
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centered care and a willingness to work within Southcare’s Purpose & Values.
- National Police Clearance in line with the requirements of the Aged Care Act.
