We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not simply find their next job. We're looking for an ambitious Rental Sales Coordinator to join our team and develop into one of our future Account Managers.

This isn't a role where you'll spend years behind a desk. From day one you'll be speaking with customers, preparing quotations, learning our fleet and working alongside our leadership team to build long-term customer relationships.

The Opportunity

Working closely with our Operations Manager and Operations Team, you'll support customers from their first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

You'll work alongside experienced industry professionals, learning how to build customer relationships, prepare commercial quotations, negotiate opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.

As your confidence and experience grow, you'll progressively take ownership of customer accounts,



build your own client relationships and develop into an Account Manager.

This role has been designed as a genuine career pathway, not simply another administration position.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.

• Prepare quotations and follow up outstanding opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Visit customers throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

• Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into long-term customers.

• Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM and hire management systems.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the hire process.

About You

We're looking for attitude over industry experience.

You may already be working in sales, customer service, automotive, equipment hire, industrial supplies, construction, trade sales or another customer-facing role and be ready to take the next step in your career.

You'll also have:

• 1–3+ years' experience in a sales, hire, automotive or other customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive attitude and solid work ethic.

• Confidence building relationships with customers.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.





• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• The ability to learn quickly and contribute in a busy, growing business.

• A current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.

Experience within the mining, construction or equipment hire industries is advantageous but certainly not essential.

We'll teach you the industry. We can't teach attitude, work ethic and the desire to succeed.

• Competitive base salary of $90,000-$110,000 plus superannuation, performance bonus and fully maintained company vehicle.
