WorkPac is currently seeking 8 x Open Space & Natural Reserve Workers for our client based in Drouin. These positions offer both full-time and casual opportunities for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining parks, reserves, and public open spaces.

What You Will Be Doing

- Maintain parks, gardens, reserves, and open spaces

- Perform mowing, whipper snipping, edging, and brush cutting

- Assist with planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control

- Collect litter and ensure public areas are clean and well-presented

- Carry out general labouring and grounds maintenance duties

- Safely operate hand and power tools

- Work as part of a team while following workplace health and safety procedures

What Will You Need?

- Previous experience in parks and gardens, landscaping, horticulture, grounds maintenance, or a similar outdoor labouring role





- Experience using hand and power tools such as mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, and blowers

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

- White Card

- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

- Ability to pass a pre employment medical
