About the role
The Work Integrated learning (WIL) Liaison officer provides key administrative support to enable the continued success of clinical placements across all disciplines in the Faculty. The WIL Liaison Officer plays an integral role in the student experience, providing advice and support to students, staff across the Faculty of medicine and Heath disciplines and the wider University. The position supports the School of Health and Faculty of Medicine and Health by leading compliance-related activities. The position reports to the Senior WIL Coordinator and operates under their general direction.
About you
You are an organised, proactive and collaborative professional who enjoys supporting students and building strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. With a degree and relevant experience in an education or similar environment (or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and experience), you bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to confidently work with students, academic staff, placement providers and external partners. You have a keen eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at managing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. You are someone who takes initiative, embraces change and is always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver better outcomes. Whether working independently or as part of a team,



you are committed to providing exceptional service and helping ensure students have a positive and successful work integrated learning experience.
