Type: Permanent, Full Time position. Monday-Friday position working normal business hours, however, due to the nature of the role, some flexibility is required.

Salary: SCHADS level 5 $105-110K + Super + Salary Packaging

Are you an experienced case manager with a passion for supporting young people? This role may be for you!

Role

Working as part of a holistic team your role will be to provide comprehensive case management support to young people in OOHC across residential and supported independent living. Where possible you will also help keep young people connected to culture and help maintain a relationship with birth families, as well as helping to plan and prepare for the future as they leave care.

Candidate

- Degree level qualifications in social work, psychology or relevant community welfare fields.




- Previous case management experience in a child protection related service.
- Experience in developing case plans and assessing risk with young people with complex cases
- Full Australian driver's license.

Further Info

In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $105-110K + Super + the advantages of salary packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation.
