The Role

You will play a key role in supporting our electricians on residential and commercial solar installations. This is a hands-on position that requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist electricians with the installation and mounting of solar panels on various roof types

- Run, secure, and manage DC and AC cabling neatly and efficiently

- Work safely at heights while strictly following WHS policies and procedures

- Turn up on time, prepared, and ready to work every day

- Work productively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

- Keep work sites clean,



organised, and professional

- Care for tools, vehicles, and equipment as if they were your own

- Communicate clearly with team members and customers

- Be proactive, take direction well, and show initiative when tasks are completed

- Continuously learn and improve skills as systems and technologies evolve

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year experience in solar, roofing, electrical trade assistance, or a related field

- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions

- Strong work ethic with a “get it done right” mindset

- Reliable, punctual, and accountable

- Team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when required

- Good communication skills and a respectful, professional manner

- Genuine commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

- Flexibility to work additional hours or weekends when required
