Adelaide 36ers Community Programs Manager

The Adelaide 36ers are seeking an energetic and passionate Community Programs Manager to lead the delivery of our growing community engagement portfolio.

Reporting to the Chief of External Relations and Community Strategy, this role will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of community programs, school initiatives, events, partnerships and player appearances that create meaningful impact across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Adelaide 36ers community programs and events

- Coordinate school clinics, holiday clinics and community activations

- Manage community partnerships and stakeholder relationships

- Coordinate player and coach appearances

- Deliver regional and community outreach initiatives

- Support community themed game day events

- Manage program administration, reporting, budgets and acquittals

About You

- 4+ years' experience in community engagement, events, partnerships, sport or program management

- Exceptional relationship building and communication skills





- Solid organisational and project management capability

- Self-motivated, proactive and solutions focused

- Passion for sport, community impact and the Adelaide 36ers

- Working With Children Check

- Current Driver's Licence

- Valid Passport

- Eligibility to work in Australia

- Availability to work some Adelaide 36ers game days and occasional travel
