About The Role

Stepping into a client-facing position, you will have exposure to a prestigious portfolio spanning health, commercial, workspace, education, sports & rec, industrial,



and major residential. Supported by an established national network, your responsibilities will include the creation and delivery of:

- Initial budgets and benchmarking

- Elemental and trade-based cost plans

- Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pre-tender estimates

- Tender analysis and methodology advice

- Bank reports and draw-down recommendations

- Value engineering (challenging client views when appropriate to ensure excellence)

- Variation valuations and progress claim recommendations
