Global Rotomoulding is looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to take ownership of our marketing activities.

As our business has grown, so has our marketing. What started as everyone pitching in has become a role in its own right. We're looking for someone who can bring it all together, keep things moving and help us present our business professionally and consistently across all of our marketing channels.

This is a broad and varied role. You'll be responsible for maintaining our websites, producing newsletters, managing social media, coordinating advertising, creating brochures and promotional material, capturing photos and videos, organising signage and helping support the many marketing projects happening across the business.

You'll work closely with our management team but have the opportunity to take ownership of the role and make it your own.

While much of the work can be completed remotely, there will be times you'll need to be on-site to work with our team, understand our products and capture content. Occasional travel between our Queensland and Victorian sites may be required.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and updating our websites

- Managing Facebook and other social media platforms

- Creating customer, staff and dealer newsletters

- Producing brochures, flyers, catalogues and other printed marketing material

- Coordinating promotional products and signage

- Coordinating newspaper, television, digital and online advertising

- Assisting with marketing budgets and advertising schedules

- Capturing and editing photos and videos

- Supporting product launches, field days, trade shows and events

- Liaising with printers,



signwriters, advertising agencies and other suppliers

- Working with teams across the business to promote products, projects and initiatives

- Ensuring our branding remains qualified and consistent across all marketing activities

About You

You'll be organised, creative and an excellent communicator who enjoys variety and can manage multiple projects at once.

Ideally you'll have experience in:

- Marketing and communications

- Website content management

- Social media management

- Newsletter creation

- Graphic design and marketing collateral

- Photography, videography and video editing

- Coordinating advertising campaigns

- Building positive relationships with a wide variety of people

- Working independently and managing your own workload

Experience with platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite or similar software will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships and is happy to take ownership of this important part of our business.
