Disability Support Workers – Perth Metro north and south of the river

We are currently recruiting Support Workers, including several female-only positions where this is an inherent requirement of specific roles. These requirements relate to personal care, high intensity supports, behavioural support needs, or safety considerations documented in the clients’ support plans.
About the Role
Support Workers may assist clients with:
- High-intensity personal care
- Specialised care including bowel care, manual handling, and complex behaviour supports
- Autism and psychosocial disability
- Community and social participation
- Daily living skills, household tasks, and routine building
We are seeking people who:
- Have strong skills or confidence in personal care, manual handling, or high-intensity supports
- Can support clients with complex physical or behavioural needs
- Are available for night shifts and occasional sleepover shifts
- Are reliable, flexible, and able to build positive rapport with clients
- Can work both independently and in line with established support plans
What the Role Involves
A typical shift may include:
- Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, and continence or bowel care (as required)
- Supporting medication administration
- Facilitating community access and accompanying clients to appointments
- Assisting with domestic tasks and meal preparation
- Implementing positive behaviour support strategies where applicable
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to work sleepover shifts (where required)
- COVID-19 vaccination documentation (as per current guidelines)
Desirable Experience
- Experience providing high-intensity personal care
