We are looking for dedicated, values-driven, and motivated human beings to join our office-based leadership team as a Service Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Officer.
This role is based in our Perth office, working closely with the local team and the wider Tibii organisation, with full in-person training, ongoing mentoring, and strong day-to-day support.

About the Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will work from the office and play a central role in coordinating services, supporting teams, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery.
You will receive:

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with participants (SIL and in-home) and their families
- Work closely with participants and families to understand goals, needs, and priorities
- Coordinate and oversee personalised support arrangements
- Assemble, guide, and support participant support teams
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture
- Monitor service quality, participant outcomes, and support delivery
- Manage incidents and follow appropriate escalation and reporting processes
- Balance participant choice with safety and dignity of risk
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Manage rostering and scheduling for participants under your workload
- Collaborate with allied health professionals and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and outcomes

Experience & Skills
- Experience in disability services, community services, or a related field is highly regarded
- Leadership, coordination, or case management experience is an advantage
- Business awareness or operational thinking is an advantage, particularly around service delivery, quality, and efficiency
- Relevant qualifications are valued but not essential, potential and values matter to us
