As a registered TGA Facility specialising in clinical trials, we offer a storage and distribution of clinical trial supplies and can also provide a secondary packaging service to pharmaceutical companies, contract research organisations and third-party packaging

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic person to join our friendly and busy team located in Export Park, Adelaide Airport, South Australia

Duties will include, but will not be limited to;

- Receiving, checking and perform reconciliation of Clinical Trial materials

- Register Clinical Trial Materials in computerised system (SAP)

- Put away of Clinical Trial Materials into storage.

- Housekeeping; maintaining a clean and organised work area.

- Pick/Pack and check Clinical Trial Materials accurately according to order requests

- Pack shipments in line with packing instructions & handling shippers

- Setup temperature monitoring devices and reporting of downloaded results

- Assist Warehouse Supervisor with required tasks

- Stocktake and Inventory Management

- Undertake labelling and packaging activity

- Pick and verify Clinical Trial Material for destruction.

- Coordinate with suppliers to book returns pick up.





The successful candidate will possess;

- Proven ability to work according to defined processes

- Intermediate computer knowledge (MS Office is required, SAP is preferred)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to organise and prioritise to meet deadlines

- Accuracy and detailed oriented

- Ability to work within controlled environments, (Refrigerated -80c and Walk in Chamber-20c) – PPE will be provided.

- Handling of temperature-controlled shipping containers, ranging in weight from 12-20kg. Lifting aids and assistance is available, but some heavy lifting will be required.

- Willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Must have experience in pick and pack activities, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry

- Understanding of GMP/GCP/GDP is preferred, but not essential.

- A forklift license is not required for this position.
