WYNCO Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join established civil crews delivering ongoing projects across the Sunshine Coast.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys leading from the front, coordinating crews and delivering quality civil works. You'll work closely with Supervisors and Project Teams on well-established projects with consistent hours and genuine long-term career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and coordinating civil crews on active subdivision projects
- Allocating daily tasks and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
- Working closely with Supervisors and Project Teams
- Monitoring productivity and maintaining high site standards
- Ensuring works are completed to specification and program
- Supporting operators and labourers across daily site activities
- Assisting with site planning and crew coordination
- Promoting a positive safety culture on site

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Civil Leading Hand
- Proven residential subdivision experience
- Strong understanding of civil construction and earthworks operations
- Ability to lead crews and coordinate day-to-day site activities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills




- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Construction White Card
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport

- HR Licence
- Plant operating tickets
- Electrical Spotter
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience delivering large-scale residential subdivision projects
