Role: Wash/ Repair Operator, All Rounder - Day Shift

Location: Townsville, QLD

Shifts: Day Shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Reward: $ 33.56 - $35.60 P/Hr. + Training + Benefits

As an All Rounder, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across the site, ensuring products are repaired, cleaned, moved, and prepared safely and efficiently for our customers.

About the Role:

- Repair & Wash: Inspection, repair and washing of Pallecon Intermediate Bulk Containers using hand tools

- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, relocate, and stack products.

- Safely operate plant and equipment in accordance with site procedures.

- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment

- Support production activities and work towards daily operational targets





- Assist with inventory movements and general warehouse tasks.

- Manual Handling up to 15kgs

About You:

- A current Forklift Licence is essential, with experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment highly regarded.

- Enjoy working in a team

- A strong commitment to safety

- Excellent attendance record

- Pass drug & alcohol screening and medical assessment

- Must have full/unlimited working rights with no restriction on hours

- Desire to learn
