We're seeking a strategic Director of Revenue to lead our Reservations Team and maximise revenue performance across the hotel.

Reporting to the Managing Director your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Revenue Strategy & Pricing

- Develop and implement the annual revenue strategy, pricing structure and market segmentation plan aligned to the hotel budget

- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns and booking pace to set daily rates and inventory controls

- Review and adjust rate plans, packages and promotions in Opera Cloud and SiteMinder to maximise RevPAR

- Lead displacement analysis for group and corporate business, recommending accept, decline or re-price decisions

- Monitor rate parity across all channels and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours of identification

- Implement seasonal, event-driven and length-of-stay strategies to optimise yield across shoulder and peak periods

Reservations Leadership

- Lead, supervise and develop the Reservations Supervisor and Reservations Agents in daily operations

Distribution & Channel Management

- Maintain accurate rates, inventory, restrictions and content across SiteMinder, OTA extranets, the GDS and the direct booking engine

- Audit channel mapping and connectivity following any rate plan change, ensuring error-free distribution

- Manage OTA partner relationships,



market manager reviews and participation in promotional campaigns

Forecasting, Reporting & Financial Performance

- Produce weekly and monthly rooms revenue forecasts with accuracy within agreed variance thresholds

- Prepare and chair the weekly revenue meeting, presenting pace, pickup, segment performance and forward strategy

The successful candidate will possess:

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Commerce, Finance or related field, or equivalent senior experience

- Minimum five years in hotel revenue management, reservations or distribution

- Minimum two years in a leadership role within a four- or five-star hotel

- Demonstrated experience with channel manager implementation or migration is highly regarded

- Strong general computer skills across hotel and office technology platforms

- Advanced Microsoft Excel including VBA, forecasting models and business intelligence reporting

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Resilience and composure under pressure

- Flexible hours aligned to business demand, including occasional weekend and public holiday work

- Australian National Police Clearance, no more than three months old
