We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Crushing & Screening Supervisor to join our FIFO mining operations team on a 2:1 roster ex Perth.

In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day crushing and blending operations, supervise site crews, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing production outcomes across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise crushing, screening, and blending operations to achieve production targets

- Drive plant efficiency, productivity, and operational performance

- Lead and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors

- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all operations

- Monitor stock levels and site resources

- Provide mentoring, coaching, and on-site training to team members

What You’ll Bring

- 2–3+ years’ supervisory experience within mining, quarrying, or mobile crushing operations





- National Operating tickets – Loader, Skid Steer, Telehandler (highly desirable)

- Solid leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Sound knowledge of safety systems and operational procedures
