- Summary: Add to your general mechanical skills & experience to learn the skills of servicing & repairing scooters, powerchairs & mobility equipment while enjoying the variety of delivering products to customers & our Stores. Grow through this role to a long career with us.

About the role

Join our team as General Mechanic & Delivery Driver at our Thrive Mobility, Klemzig showroom & working with our other Stores. Reporting directly to the Store Manager & working closely with the CEO & State General Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our Stores & customer satisfaction.

Duties can include, but are not limited to:

- Servicing & repairing mobility equipment

- Delivering mobility equipment to our customers, Stores & from suppliers

- Assist in presentation & operations of our workshop & warehouse

- Liaise with Store staff regarding deliveries, service & repairs

- Work together with team members to ensure customers achieve outstanding support & value

- Experience in disability &/or aged care industries

- Positive attitude & passion to learn new skills

- General technical knowledge

- Basic computer skills

- Patient, caring & cheerful disposition

With over 27 years with our store at Norwood, we recently re-branded to Thrive Mobility plus opened our new store at Murray Bridge. We then opened our Klemzig Store & Corporate Head Office to quick track our growth & expansion. We provide mobility equipment & assistive living technology to our clients through private purchase & funding such as NDIS, Aged Care, DVA & other programs.
