About the role

We’re recruiting Disability Support Workers to support participants in-home and in the community across Melbourne and the Gold Coast. Shifts may include day, afternoon, active night and sleepover depending on participant needs.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver person-centred support aligned to participant goals and choice/control

- Support daily living tasks and personal care (where required)

- Assist with community access and social participation

- Follow care plans,



safety protocols, and reporting/documentation requirements

- Communicate clearly with the team and escalate concerns early

- Maintain professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality

Essential requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

- Current First Aid & CPR

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Reliability, professionalism, and confidence working in the community

Highly regarded

- Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle

- Experience supporting complex care, spinal cord injury (SCI), psychosocial disability, or hospital discharge supports

- Strong documentation habits and confidence using apps/tech for shift notes
