Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Driller

- Experience in RC Rig Drilling Techniques (T450 & T685)

- Experience in Orientation/Survey tool usage

- Possess mechanical aptitude

- Leadership and effective communication skills

- Maintaining a clean and safe work site;

- Equipment maintenance;

- Driving light and heavy vehicles;

2. Drillers Offsider

- Experience in RC Rig (T450 & T685)





- Experience in Sample presentation;

- Experience in Rod handling;

- Cleaning of the drill rig and ancillary equipment;

- Maintaining a clean and secure work site;

- Equipment maintenance;

- Driving light and heavy vehicles;

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications preferred:

- Previous Experience (essential for Drillers - minimum 3 to 5 years experience)

- Previous Experience (essential for Drillers Offsiders - minimum 1 to 3 years experience)

- A Cert in Drilling Operations (essential for Drillers)

- Current First Aid Certification

- Working Safely at Heights

The successful applicants MUST possess:

- HR, HR-B, Synchromesh License (essential)

- Willing to work in remote locations and ability to work 12-hours days

- Willing to work on rosters 2:1, 3:2 or 4:2

- Physically Fit

- Enjoy working outdoors in a team-focused environment

- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment safely & efficiently

- Essential commitment to Company WHS regulations and site-specific rules

- Able to pass a mine site Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen

- Able to provide National Police Clearance

- Must have existing Australian work rights
