As a Sales Cadet with Novaskill, you'll receive hands-on training, mentoring and real-world experience while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business. Over 12 months, you'll develop the skills and confidence to build a successful career in business development, account management or sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside an experienced and supportive Business Development team, you'll gain practical experience in every aspect of the sales process, including:

- Building relationships with businesses, apprentices, trainees and community stakeholders

- Identifying opportunities to promote Novaskill's training and employment services

- Supporting business development activities and following up new enquiries

- Assisting with lead generation and maintaining customer relationships

- Attending networking events, industry expos and community activities

- Tracking sales activity and preparing reports

- Providing administrative support to the sales team

- Developing the confidence to work towards sales targets and business goals

About You

We're looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in sales.

You might be a recent school leaver, someone changing careers, or simply looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and be mentored.
