Key Responsibilities:

- Champion and maintain a strong safety culture across civil projects.




- Work closely with site teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with MRWA, mining operators, government agencies and contractors.
- Implement and maintain the HSE Management System, including registers and databases.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in civil contracting – roads, MRWA, infrastructure, industrial or mining.
- Cert IV or Diploma in OHS (or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of WA HSE legislation, regulations and codes of practice.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive in approach.
