The Opportunity

· Lead, coach and develop a team of accountants.

· Review complex tax compliance and advisory work to a high technical standard.

· Manage a portfolio of business clients and become their trusted adviser.

· Provide proactive tax planning and commercial advice.

· Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and internal processes.

· Work alongside the Directors to help shape the future growth of the practice.

About You





· CA or CPA qualified.

· Extensive Australian public practice experience.

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

· Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.

· Confident undertaking technical reviews and resolving complex tax issues.

· Commercially minded with aspirations to become a future business owner.

· Experience leading client meetings independently, from new client opportunities to advice delivery

· Experience managing outsourced or offshore team members as part of service delivery

Working Arrangement

· Salary: $130,000–$145,000 + Super.

· Minimum four days per week in our office with one work-from-home day each week.

· As soon as possible commencement.
