This isn't a high-volume cold-calling role. You'll be speaking with existing clients from our database, rebooking appointments and helping Australians take the next step in their property investment journey.

Your Role

As part of our Outbound Rescheduling Team, you'll help keep our consultants' calendars full by speaking with existing clients and coordinating appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Contacting clients from our existing database

- Rebooking and confirming appointments

- Building rapport and maintaining skilled conversations

- Managing consultant calendars

- Updating client information accurately

- Working towards individual and team KPIs

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:





- A minimum of 2 years' call centre experience (preferred)

- Previous outbound sales or appointment setting experience

- Previous experience working in finance or a sound understanding of:

- Mortgages

- Home lending

- Mortgage reduction strategies

- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

- Strong computer and administrative skills

- High attention to detail

- A positive attitude and solid work ethic

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
