As a Motor Claims Consultant, you'll manage motor insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution, providing outstanding support to customers, brokers, and repair partners. This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering positive customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of motor insurance claims from start to finish.Assess claim information and determine appropriate next steps.Liaise with customers, brokers, repairers, assessors,



and other stakeholders.Provide regular updates and ensure claims are progressed efficiently.Maintain accurate claim records and documentation.Resolve customer enquiries professionally while delivering a high standard of service.Ensure all claims are managed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
About YouPrevious experience in motor claims, general insurance, or a similar claims/customer service role.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent organisation and time management abilities.Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new technology.
