The Role

- Managing a local portfolio - majority no more than 5kms from the office!
- Liaising with Tenants and Landlords




- Respond to all phone and email inquiries
- Managing maintenance
- Entry & Exits Condition Reports
- Arrears Management
- Attending VCAT if/when required

The Person

The ideal person for this role will enjoy building relationships and have exceptional time management and communication, as well as...

- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience managing all aspects of a residential portfolio
- Certificate IV in real estate practice/Agents Representative Certificate
- Valid drivers licence and vehicle
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Good longevity across your career
- Professional personal presentation
