About the role

Palazzo Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all construction activities at our new $40M residential development project in Perth, WA. This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of construction projects to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor supervision, resource planning, and quality control

- Ensure construction projects adhere to schedule, budget, and safety requirements

- Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any potential roadblocks

- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies

- Effectively manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction management role

- Proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects of similar size

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes

- Excellent project management,

- Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities

- Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools

- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field
