Parts Manager – Lawrences Motor Group Automotive Dealership

Due to an impending retirement, We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead the parts department of our busy automotive dealership. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing inventory management, team performance, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. We Represent brands like Holden Genuine Parts, HSV, AC Delco, GMSV, Suzuki, Mahindra, Peugeot & Foton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and profitability

- Maintain optimal inventory levels, including ordering, stock control, and obsolescence management

- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and accuracy

- Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to achieve performance targets

- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing where appropriate

- Support the service department with timely and accurate parts supply

- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and departmental performance

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards





- Pentana DMS System experience desired but not necessary

About You:

- Proven experience in a Parts Manager or senior parts role within the automotive industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

- Sound knowledge of inventory systems and dealership operations

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines
