We are family owned and operated long daycare Centre with a Preschool Program. We have been providing quality care and Education in the Lismore community for over 18 years.

Our service was sadly affected by the 2022 Lismore floods. In 2025 we are so excited to welcome you to our brand-new permanent service in Goonellabah~ OPEN NOW

* Certificate 111 & Diploma Qualified Educators~ Casual & FT/ PPT

* We are looking for Educators for flexible shifts, between the hours of 6.30 am-5.30pm Monday-Friday

Essential requirements for position:

- hold a Certificate 111 or Diploma in Children's Services or be working towards these qualifications.



If you are working towards these qualifications, please include evidence from your training provider with your resume and cover letter

- Current CPR & First Aid including Asthma & Anaphylaxis

- Valid NSW Working with Children Check

- Child Safety foundations training completed

- A clear understanding of the National Quality Standards, Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework

- Previous experience in early childhood education and care setting

- Passionate about working with young children and providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities and traits of a successful applicant include:

- Applicants should be enthusiastic about working with young children, have great communication and time management skills, be punctual, reliable and friendly.

- Provide high quality care and Education to children 0-5years

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children and other Educators.

- Contribute to a positive child secure environment and high standard in education & care

- Contribute to professional and positive team culture and be a positive role model for others.
