The Prospect

We are seeking Registered Psychologists and Accredited Mental Health Social Workers to join our practice as independent contractors, with a primary focus on providing counselling and therapeutic interventions to a diverse range of clients.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who enjoy building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering evidence-based care, while benefiting from the flexibility and autonomy of contractor work. Whether you are looking to build your private caseload or complement your existing work, we provide the infrastructure and support so you can focus on your clients.

About You

- A registered Psychologist (General or Clinical) with AHPRA, or an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

- Contractor arrangement with ABN required

- Eligible for, or currently hold, a Medicare provider number (or are willing to obtain one)

- Experienced in delivering evidence-based counselling and psychological interventions

- Skilled in developing solid therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds

- Committed to ethical, client-centred practice and high professional standards

- An effective communicator who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively

- Motivated to contribute to a positive, supportive practice culture
