We are currently seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3 years post-admission experience practicing in Family Law

- Strong experience managing family law matters, including parenting and property matters

- Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team environment

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills

- Current Australian Driver License essential

Tasks & Responsibilities





Conduct initial client consultations and provide practical legal advice

- Manage family law matters from commencement through to resolution

- Attend court appearances and advocacy work where required

- Handle parenting and property matters across a varied client base

- Maintain carriage of your own files with support available from the wider team when required

- A willingness to assist in other areas of general practice will be viewed favorably

- Travel between our Gympie and Nambour offices on a regular basis to attend clients
