The Opportunity

We're looking for motivated Assemblers / Production Workers to join our growing team building premium Australian-made off-road campers.

This is a hands-on role working across multiple areas of production, including camper fit-out, assembly, plumbing, 12V systems, and final finishing. You'll work alongside an experienced team committed to producing some of the highest-quality campers in Australia.

What You'll Get Stuck Into

- Building premium camper trailers across multiple production stations

- Installing camper components using hand and power tools

- Assisting with 12V systems, plumbing, cabinetry, fit-out, and final assembly

- Following production procedures and quality standards

- Identifying and solving issues before they become problems

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Working collaboratively with Fabrication, Paint, and Production teams

- Taking pride in producing high-quality Australian-made products

Who We're Looking For





You might come from automotive, caravan, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or another hands-on trade background. Most importantly, you take pride in your work and have a strong attention to detail.

Ideally you'll have:

- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive, caravan, construction, or trade-based work

- Confidence using hand and power tools

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- A reliable and positive work ethic

- Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety

- Current driver's licence

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience with 12V and/or 240V systems

- Plumbing or electrical experience

- Previous caravan, camper, RV, or automotive industry experience

- Forklift licence

- Trade qualification or apprenticeship background
