The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of a major renewables project. This is a site-based role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of project operations through high-quality administrative, financial, and coordination support.
This role is based at our site in Narrogin and is on a 2:1 DIDO roster
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project teamManage purchase orders, SAP entries, and material procurement processesCoordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and site consumablesMaintain project documentation, filing systems, and reporting dataSupport payroll processes, including timesheet administrationAssist with travel bookings and mobilisation of staff and contractorsReconcile financial data and maintain cost tracking systems
Requirements To Be Successful
Strong administrative experience in a project or construction environmentProficiency with MS Office and systems such as SAPExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving capabilityA proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently in a quick-paced, site-based environment
