What You Will DoInstall, maintain, and repair STERIS medical equipment.Deliver exceptional customer support onsite, by phone, and via email.Diagnose faults and perform urgent repairs (including after-hours on-call rotation).Provide user training and technical guidance.Maintain accurate service records and manage spare parts inventory.Identify and recommend training needs and process improvements.
RequiredThe Experience,



Skills and Abilities NeededTrade/Technical Certificate or Diploma with hands-on technical service experience.Restricted Electrical License.Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (car allowance provided).Willingness to travel across WA and work flexible hours.Self-motivated with robust decision making skills.
PreferredPrevious field service experience.Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Customer focused mindset and strong communication skills.
