About the Role

As an Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will:

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care within residential aged care facilities
- Undertake clinical assessments, care planning and medication management
- Lead and support care staff to ensure best practice resident outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional resident care

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse




- Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential aged care
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
