The Role

Duties

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:

Providing a high standard of customer serviceProcessing guest check-ins and outsAccurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accountsCoordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodationSupply guests information regarding property and local areas of interestCompleting the day-to-day office administrationMaintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests

What We Look For

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industryPassionate about delivering exceptional Guest experienceProficient computer skills,



including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking SystemExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Enthusiastic and positive attitude.Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.Current drivers licence essential
