The Prospect

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our small, supportive Finance team in Perth. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of end-to-end AP processing — from supplier invoices and expense claims through to reconciliations and payment runs — while helping keep our financial controls sharp and our supplier relationships strong.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable managing competing deadlines.

What You’ll Do

- Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and on time

- Performing three-way matching and reconciling supplier statements

- Managing weekly GRNI reconciliations and resolving aged items

- Producing aged creditor reports and supporting month-end, BAS, and audit processes





- Resolving supplier queries and invoice disputes professionally

- Supporting cash flow forecasting and maintaining accurate creditor ledgers

What You’ll Bring

Essential

- 3+ years' experience in accounts payable or finance administration

- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills

- Confident with Microsoft Excel

- Well organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines

- High level of integrity and confidentiality

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable

- Experience using Epicor / Kinetic ERP software
