WESTRADE Renovation and Maintenance is a mid-sized, Perth-based and locally owned property maintenance and renovation company built on strong values. Our team consists of skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work, look after one another, and are committed to getting the job done properly.

We support a broad range of clients including homeowners, property managers, insurers and corporate organisations. While most of our work is residential, our commercial portfolio continues to grow.

Our business is structured to efficiently service the entire Perth metropolitan area through dedicated north and south teams, each supported by a full-time Coordinator based from our Belmont office and warehouse. We pride ourselves on being organised, efficient and methodical, helping deliver quality outcomes with minimal stress for both our clients and our team.

The Position

Due to ongoing growth and strong client demand, we are seeking a permanent full-time Carpenter / Allrounder to deliver building maintenance and renovation projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background, be multi-skilled, reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious. You'll be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, enjoy solving problems and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

The Role Will Include

- Attending a variety of property maintenance and repair jobs

- Predominantly carpentry-related works, with other trade tasks depending on skills and experience





- Travelling between work sites across the Perth metropolitan area

- Assisting with the planning and delivery of small to medium renovation projects

- Using our job management system (ServiceM8) and following company policies and procedures

- Applying initiative to solve problems and deliver practical solutions

- Contributing positively to team culture and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Minimum 5 years' trade and/or general maintenance experience (more is advantageous)

- Experience across multiple trades highly regarded

- A professional, positive and friendly attitude

- Experience with ServiceM8 (preferred but not essential)

- Ability to undertake preventative and reactive maintenance work, including general housing repairs

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Experience delivering renovation projects independently and within small teams

- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

- Current Driver's Licence

- Current White Card

- Current National Police Clearance
