The Opportunity
This position extends well beyond technical management.
You will work alongside the Directors to:
Develop trusted relationships with significant clients and their families.



Provide strategic business and taxation advice.Review complex accounting and taxation matters.Assist with business purchase and exit strategiesMentor and develop the next generation of accountants.Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice.Improve systems, processes and professional standards.Foster a culture of learning, collaboration and continual improvement.Help protect and strengthen the values upon which the practice has been built.
While compliance remains an important part of our work, we see it as the technical foundation that enables high-quality advisory services rather than an end in itself.
About You
You will ideally have:
CA or CPA qualification.At least 8–10 years' Australian experience in Business Services and Advisory.A proven ability to advise complex family groups and privately own ed businesses.Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience leading and developing professional teams.A genuine interest in helping younger accountants succeed.
You are currently operating in a senior leadership role within a public practice accounting firm and are looking for an environment where you can make a broader contribution than simply managing workflow.
