The Opportunity

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining water and wastewater treatment plants across Western Australia. This is a varied role with a great mix of local work, site travel, and occasional commissioning projects. You’ll join a skilled team, work with leading technology, and have the chance to develop your expertise in a growing industry. We’re looking for someone qualified, motivated, and committed to delivering top-quality service to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Conduct regular site visits for proactive maintenance

- Attend promptly to service/repair and emergency callout

- Create detailed electronic service reports for all service activities





- Maintain clear and professional communication

- Provide support during commissioning

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently

- Collaborate with the team to improve service procedures and protocols

What ABCO is Looking For

- Experience in water and wastewater systems preferred

- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience

- Proven fault-finding and troubleshooting ability

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field

- Professional communication and customer service skills

- Strong commitment to safety and compliance

- Organised, responsive, and able to manage service callouts

- Valid C-Class Manual Driver’s Licence
