About the Role:Reporting to the Senior Manager – Community and Corporate Engagement, you will lead the coordination and continuous improvement of volunteer and corporate engagement activities across Uniting WA.
This role requires a someone who canManage the day-to-day administration and coordination of volunteer programs with robust organisational and time-management skillsPlan, organise and deliver engagement initiatives and eventsAct as a confident ambassador for Uniting WA, presenting to corporate partners, schools and community groupsPlay a key role in ensuring Uniting WA is recognised as a volunteering organisation of choice.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the end-to-end volunteer lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, rostering and ongoing supportMaintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer records and databasesLead the planning and logistical coordination of volunteer and corporate engagement activitiesDeliver and support presentations and engagement sessions across corporate partners, schools and community settingsFacilitate and represent Uniting WA at the Recipe for Change corporate programBuild and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community stakeholders and internal teamsMonitor,



evaluate and report on engagement activities to support continuous improvementSupport leaders with volunteer role design, performance matters and compliance requirementsEnsure all programs align with WHS, risk and legislative standards
About You:You will bringStrong administration, coordination and organisational skills – you are structured, detail-focused and reliableA high level of organisation and proven ability to plan and manage multiple activities simultaneouslyConfidence in presenting to groups and representing an organisation externallyExperience engaging with corporate, community or school stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build relationships across a diverse range of people and backgroundsA proactive, adaptable approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamA genuine interest in community engagement and volunteer support
Your experience & qualification will includeExperience in volunteer coordination, program coordination or community engagementQualifications in a relevant area such as Community Development, HR, Marketing or similar (desirable)Knowledge of volunteer management practices and frameworksExperience delivering presentations or facilitating group sessionsStrong IT skills including MS Office and database systemsExperience in the community services/Not-For-Profit sector (highly regarded)RequirementsCurrent National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Current WA Driver’s Licence
