- Temporary full time or part time position - approx. 18 months
- Band 6 - $47.09 per hour plus superannuation

We are seeking a motivated and community-focused Early Years Workforce Project Officer to lead the delivery of the Grow Gannawarra Early Years Workforce: Supporting Traineeships Project. In this role, you will coordinate initiatives that strengthen the local early childhood workforce through supported traineeships, mentoring programs, workforce attraction activities and partnerships with training providers.

This role will:

- Coordinate and implement the Grow Gannawarra Early Years Workforce: Supporting Traineeships Project.
- Support trainees and educators undertaking early childhood qualifications.




- Develop and manage mentoring programs to support workforce growth and retention.
- Build partnerships with training providers, schools and other key stakeholders.
- Promote early childhood career pathways within the local community.
- Monitor project outcomes and contribute to reporting and evaluation activities.
