Join National Tiles Townsville in a full time hybrid Trade, Retail & Warehouse role, supporting our Trade and Retail customers while assisting with warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

- Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through our extensive product range.

- Assist customers with product selection and offer expert advice for their projects.

- Prepare customer quotes and follow up enquiries.

- Promote our Trade Club Plus program to new customers.

- Manage stock arrivals, customer orders and dispatches.

- Safely operate a forklift (or be willing to obtain a licence).

- Load customer orders into vehicles.

- Maintain a clean, organised showroom and warehouse.

- Accurately record stock movements using our Warehouse Management System.

- Work collaboratively with a friendly, supportive team while maintaining high safety standards.

About You

- Trade, retail or customer service experience is highly regarded.

- Friendly, positive and passionate about helping customers.





- Enjoy building relationships and working as part of a team.

- Organised, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable using computers and POS systems.

- Hold a forklift licence or are willing to obtain one.

- Physically capable of safely handling heavy stock (25kg+).

- Committed to workplace safety and following WHS procedures.

- Willing to learn and develop through ongoing training.

- Full-time position with negotiable hours and pay, on experience.

- Tuesday to Saturday roster.

- Weekdays: $33.00 per hour.

- Saturdays: $34.00 per hour.
