About The Role.

As our Manufacturing Night Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our Prepared Foods production team. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaged and high-performing work environment while ensuring production plans are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach and develop team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner closely with colleagues across production, quality, maintenance and supply chain functions.

Leading and supporting production teams during night shift operationsCreating a strong safety-first culture and promoting safe work practicesCoaching, developing and motivating team members to achieve individual and team goalsMonitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvementSupporting quality and food safety standards across manufacturing activitiesDriving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiencyWorking collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectivesSupporting workforce planning, employee engagement and performance conversationsEnsuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Experience leading teams in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics,
