The Role

- Manage an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 95 properties (capped at 120)




- Well-maintained portfolio within Perth's southern coastal suburbs
- Manage maintenance, arrears, routines and vacates
- Dedicated Leasing Consultant handles all new leasing
- Reception provides administrative support
- PCRs fully outsourced
- No Trust Accounting
- No Business Development

What They're Looking For

- 1+ years' Property Management experience
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Professional, polished and confident communicator
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Ability to manage an end-to-end portfolio with confidence
