About the Role

This isn't your typical administration position.

You'll become the operational hub of our business, supporting our workshop, technicians, customers, suppliers and sales team to keep everything moving.

Every day is different.

You'll coordinate technicians, organise servicing, communicate with customers, liaise with suppliers, support our sales team and help ensure our entire operation runs efficiently.

Most importantly, you'll become someone the whole business relies on.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Service

- Be the first point of contact for our customers

- Answer incoming calls

- Book servicing and repairs

- Keep customers updated throughout repairs

- Follow up completed work

- Build lasting customer relationships

Operations & Scheduling

- Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians

- Organise workshop bookings

- Prioritise urgent breakdowns

- Schedule preventative maintenance

- Keep technician calendars running efficiently

Administration

- Raise and close service job cards

- Process purchase orders

- Enter supplier invoices

- Prepare warranty documentation

- Maintain accurate service records

- Support the smooth operation of the business

Parts Coordination

- Order service parts

- Follow up supplier deliveries

- Allocate parts to technicians

- Coordinate incoming deliveries

- Help minimise equipment downtime

Sales Support





You'll also play an important role in helping our business continue to grow.

You'll:

- Follow up website enquiries

- Qualify customer enquiries

- Book appointments for our sales team

- Update our CRM system

- Identify customers who may benefit from replacing ageing equipment

Don't worry—you won't be expected to sell.

Instead, you'll simply identify opportunities and pass them on to our experienced sales team.
