We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Change Manager to lead the people side of change across a range of organisational, operational and digital transformation initiatives.

About the RoleAs the Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and embedding change across multiple initiatives. Working closely with executives, managers, project teams and frontline staff, you will develop practical change strategies that support successful implementation and long-term adoption.You will assess organisational impacts, identify readiness gaps, coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, and provide trusted advice throughout the change lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:Develop and deliver integrated change management strategies and implementation plans.Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, systems, governance and service delivery.Assess organisational and team readiness to support successful implementation.Identify and manage change risks, resistance, competing priorities and change fatigue.Partner with business leaders to build understanding, capability and commitment.Coordinate change activities including communications, stakeholder engagement, training and implementation support.Develop practical resources including manager toolkits, briefing packs, FAQs and employee guidance.Monitor adoption,



gather feedback and recommend improvements where required.Support post-implementation reviews and contribute to benefits realisation.Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on change readiness, sequencing and implementation risks.
About YouYou are an experienced Change Manager with a proven ability to deliver successful organisational change in complex environments.You'll bring:Significant experience delivering organisational, operational, workforce or technology change initiatives.Strong experience developing and implementing practical change management strategies and plans.Demonstrated capability in organisational readiness assessments and change impact analysis.Experience supporting changes to business processes, operating models, systems or organisational structures.Outstanding stakeholder engagement, facilitation and relationship management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into explicit, practical messages.Experience working collaboratively with executives, managers, frontline teams and project stakeholders.Strong judgement, initiative and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Desirable ExperienceThe following experience will be highly regarded:Previous experience within government, statutory authorities or other regulated environments.Organisational redesign or target operating model implementation.Workforce consultation or industrial relations-sensitive change.CRM, workflow or digital transformation programs.Service delivery, regulatory, insurance or customer operations environments.Familiarity with recognised change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent.Experience supporting capability development, benefits realisation and post-implementation reviews.
